Providing Everything Youth Aging Out of Foster Care Need

Kinship Connections Pilot – to support kin caregivers

The Kinship Connections Pilot program ensures that youth removed from their home are placed with relatives as opposed to stranger foster care. Your donation supports kin caregivers with grocery or school shopping, clothing items, hygiene products or other assistance that caregivers need, such as transportation to appointments.

Youth Moving Into Their First Apartment
