Providing Young People with Experience in Foster Care with Everything They Need for A Successful Future.

Kinship Connections Pilot – to support kin caregivers 

The Kinship Connections Pilot program ensures that youth removed from their home are placed with relatives as opposed to strangers. Your donation supports kin caregivers, supplying them with groceries, school supplies, clothing items, hygiene products and other assistance caregivers need, such as transportation to appointments. 

Young People Moving Into Their First Apartment 

Help young people with experience in foster care moving into their first apartment by donating to furnish their space with necessities like a bed frame, box spring, vanity or desk, comfy chair, bedside/reading lamp, laundry hamper, closet storage solutions, household cleaning products, kitchen and bathroom items or hygiene products. 

Finding a job 

Help youth obtain the necessary documents needed to apply for a job. This includes, but is not limited to a birth certificate, driver's license, Social Security card, work permits, and criminal record, or rap sheet. 

Furthering Education

Fund a bright future for a young person with experience in foster care when you help them or their kids save for college.

Finding A Job 

Help young people with experience in foster care obtain the necessary documents needed to apply for a job. This includes, but is not limited to a birth certificate, driver's license, Social Security card, work permits, and school transcripts. 

Direct Donations 

Support TNFC with a direct donation that goes towards updating offices with new supplies for our young people with experience in foster care and their kids. Laptops, snacks, books, and art supplies for participant use.

Help young people with experience in foster care cover travel expenses, gift cards are used for bus passes and other public transportation, and provide a safe means of going to and from school, their job, medical appointments and us!
