At this year’s Caring Reimagined Conference hosted by CarePortal, we were recognized as one of six finalists for Agency of the Year — out of more than 400 agencies nationwide. Just seeing our name among those top agencies was a moment of pride and deep gratitude.

We knew heading into the conference that we were a finalist, and our incredible Director of Transition Services traveled to represent us in person. While we didn’t take home the top award, being honored as one of the top six agencies in the country is something we’ll never forget.
It was a beautiful reminder of how powerful this work is — and how meaningful it is to be part of a larger community that shares a heart for vulnerable children, youth, and families.
CarePortal continues to lead with innovation and compassion, building a bridge between real-time needs and responsive care.
Being one of their agency partners has allowed us to serve more families, more meaningfully — and for that, we are so thankful.
To be recognized alongside other agencies doing such impactful work is truly humbling. It reminds us that we’re not in this alone — we are part of a movement. And every step forward, every connection made, every life supported — it all matters.
This recognition has lit a new fire in us, and we’re more motivated than ever to keep doing the work — with heart, with purpose, and with community.
💙Thank you, CarePortal, for the honor — and thank you to our team, our partners, and everyone who believes in this mission.
