Supporting Housing Stability for Young Adults Aging Out of Foster Care
Young adults aging out of foster care often face housing instability and limited support. Since 2017, our organization has worked to change that. In 2020, we launched the Bridge Program to provide wraparound guidance and resources, and now, we’re expanding that impact through the redevelopment of the former Plaza Hotel into safe, affordable housing with built-in community support.

Hope Apartments was recently featured on the news for transforming a once-blighted building into the nation’s largest investment in housing for youth aging out of foster care. The redevelopment includes 275 units, a 60,000 sq. ft. community center, and 30,000 sq. ft. of office space—offering stability, opportunity, and hope for young adults transitioning into independence.
